The current square slab export offer from CIS is down by US$20/ton, from last week’s US$550/ton to around US$530/ton, but buyers are showing no interest.
According to market participants, there would not be a significant change in the market in October.
However, the suspected low inventory level is going to stimulate the market, purchasing may retrieve.
