According to the Iranian Mines and Mining Industries Development and Renovation Organization, Iranian state owned flat steel producer Mobarakeh Steel recorded outputs of 1,751,363 tonnes of crude steel and 1,773,018 tonnes of hot rolled coil in the first 5 months of the current Iranian year down 15% and up 17% YoY respectively.
Meanwhile, SABA Compact Strip Processing Plant an affiliate of Mobarakeh produced 280,000 tonnes of crude steel and 279,340 tonnes of HRC in the given period representing increases of 37% and 42% YoY respectively.
