It is reported that on the weakness of billet prices, below USD 500 per tonne, Turkish buyers are still holding back any important scrap purchase with the consequence that price has fallen during the last month for more than USD 100 per tonne and now seems edging towards the USD 300 per tonne CFR FO level.
