According to the news report, Ukraine has exported about totally 20,000~ 30,000 tons of pig iron to China and Turkey by the offer price US$240 to 250/ton (FOB) for August shipment.
Before this new deal has been made, their last dealing price was about US$230 to 240/ton (FOB). However, CIS has not received new orders from Europe yet. Some Ukraine traders said some buyers believed the pig iron price for October shipment will raise to USD$260/MT (FOB).
