Chinese State Council made decisions yesterday during its executive meeting to cancel export duty on some of steel products, as well as some chemical and grain commodities in response to the change on the domestic production and consumption and international market.
Though the detailed list remains unknown, a source revealed that the cancellation would probably focus on special steel and plate, which is aiming at encouraging export of high value-added products and improving upside down problem of flat-rolled steel prices.Source:Yieh.com
