As per latest information from market sources, one of the major steel mill has reduced its indication or billet sales to USD 445 per tonne FOB Black Sea.

This reduction reflects continued weakness in market conditions and it is expected that by the end of this week, the general price levels for billets exports at Black Sea would settle further down.
