With New Year coming, the European and Middle East flat markets still remain weak.
Now that the continental market is starting to develop more strongly, the quotations from CIS countries are lower than the continental ones.
The forecast is that renewed demand in the Middle East will only occur next year, so the market is waiting for the revival trend after the middle of January.
In last week, the lowest exported quotation price of HR coil was about US$480/ton and that of CR coil was about US$580/ton. And the quotation of CIS HR coil was about US$360-395/ton. Source:Yieh.com
