It is reported that Turkish Erdemir Steel has reduced its flat product prices for January of 2010 shipment.
The company is cutting HRC price USD 75 per tonne, CRC price down by USD 35 per tonne and HGI sheet price down by USD 30 per tonne.

Oyak the investment bank in Turkey said that it is the first time to decline the price since the price has been increased by 45 % to 50% of 2009. It expects the steel price in 2010 will be down by 10% compared with the same period of 2009.
