The US Department of Commerce has put provisional anti-dumping duties on Chinese Oil Country Tubular Goods (OCTG), the rate is said to be between 36.53 to 99.14 percent.

It’s reported that Jiangsu ChangBao Steel Tube Co., Ltd can be exempt from the anti-dumping duties, but Tianjin Pipe Corporation’s products will be put on 36.5 percent duties.

Though final decision will be made in March 2010, the US customs has already started to taken deposit for the OCTG imports from China suppliers.
