According to Russia’s Novolipetsk Steel (NLMK) said it will cut HRC export price by US$20/ton to make the price more competitive.

NLMK offered HRC at around US$480/ton FOB black sea for December’s production.

The company plans further price cut before the end of this year on seasonal weak demand.
