It is reported that the decree of the Federal Customs Service No 1514 about the places of customs clearance of selective number of commodities was cancelled by the decision of the Supreme Arbitration Court since October 5th 2009.

As per the decree the number of customs terminals where customs clearance of ferrous and non-ferrous scrap could be done was reduced to 10. In particular, in Far East region of Russia it was Petropavlovsk Kamchatskiy customs terminal of the Kamchatka customs.

Mr Yuriy Gurshal press Secretary of the Sakhalin Customs said since the cancellation of the decree Sakhalin scrap exporters can make process scrap export documents at customs terminals of the island customs.
