The US scrap price kept dropping recently.

It’s said that scrap import price from the US to Taiwan has dropped to US$290~295/ton, but the Taiwan’s buyers insisted purchasing at US$280/to.

The domestic scrap price is very likely to drop as the export price dropped to US$280/ton C&F.

The current H2 scrap price from Japan was US$295/ton, which is US$5/ton higher than Taiwan’s buyers’ expectation.
