For flats products Black Sea market looked somewhat stable this week with most of the quotes at previous week levels.
But, it is reported that a major Ukrainian mill proposed their HRC offer to a MEA buyer at around USD 535 per tonne on CFR basis.
This indicates lowering of offer levels by USD 20 per tonne as compared to previous week.
