It reported that Turkish mills continued to replenish their scrap inventories; they have bought 600,000 tonnes in total from Europe, America and Russia in June.

The price of heavy scrap metal NO1 & 2 was sold to Turkey at a price of CFR USD 265 per tonnes. It is expected that the price would go down a little once the mills get enough stocks.
