Due to stable demand in China and Southeast Asia market, Russia and Ukraine's steel billet prices rose sharply.

The Russian steel billet export price is prevailing at around US$410/ton, while Ukraine's price is US$390-400/ton.

However, buyers in Middle East are showing little interest.
