China pushs iron ore supplier to accept their price cut

China Iron & Steel Association (CISA) has announced to warn iron ore suppliers that Chinese mills will cut their production if iron ore price cannot be reduced by 40~45 percent as they expected.

Currently, CISA are persuading major Chinese mills, such as Baosteel and Wisco, to join them in price negotiation and hope those non-CISA members not to deal with miners individually.
