Chinese construction steel price has descended this week owing to many construction projects blocked by the raining weather.

However, the demand from public projects in Beijing, Chengdu and Shenyang are still booming that the average price of 20mm rebar in China has increased by RMB21/ton to RMB3,611/ton from one week ago.

In the same time, boosted by the government support projects, CIS domestic demand is also likely stable.

In Turkey market, the rebar export prices come to US$460~470/ton due to the weak demand from the Middle East and North Africa market. Similarly, European mills remain the rebar prices unchanged as US$505~520/ton, but there is little purchasing demand for trading.
