Turkish medium and small section steel prices constantly fluctuate.
Current offers are between US$805~880/ton because of increases of raw material and square billet prices and lower demand.
Meanwhile, steel mills are keeping on offering discounts to buyers in terms of their purchasing volumes and payment terms.
