CIS is offering billet at US$420/ton to Iran, which is US$20~$30/ton higher than last week.
It’s said that CIS may accept their domestic distributor’s bit on US$400~410/ton and will offer discount for the customers they are interested.
However, CIS’s price is nevertheless not competitive in Iranian market because Iranian state-run billet supplier, Khouzestan, recently only quotes FOR US$390~395/ton for square billet which is immediate shipment but should be pay up by cash.
