Since the CIS paid more attention to the international market and lifted the exported offer, the CIS domestic price has increased by US$50/ton on last week.
The current domestic price stands at US$350-400/ton, while the export price stands at US$380-400/ton FOB Black Sea.
Ukraine''s biggest steel producer ArcelorMittal Kriviy Rih said that it was confident to stabilize the rebar price for April production at US$400/ton (ex. mill).
