It is reported that due to the domestic slack demand and declining global steel price, Ukrainian CR-making mills have cut the price.

The latest transaction price of cold rolled plates which were produced in April, stand at around USD 410 per tonne down by USD 10 per tonne on the previous USD 420 per tonne.

It is said that two domestic steel mills have begun to struggle for customers. One offered USD 410 per tonne for cold rolled plate while the other offered USD 380 per tonne.
