It is reported that Chinese hot dipped galvanized coil price keep weak. On Shanghai market, 1.0mm HDG by Anshan steel is being quoted at CNY 4020 per tonne down by CNY 30 per tonne from last Friday. That for 0.5mm HDG by private steel maker is tagged at CNY 4410 per tonne a decrease of CNY 70 per tonne.

Taking Shanghai price for 1.0 sheet by Anshan steel as benchmark, there would be rebound as long as CNY 4000 per tonne support holds. Otherwise, there will be further drop

Prevailing export quotation for 1.0mm HDG Z120 goes at around USD 520 per tonne to USD 540 per tonne FOB stable with last week. 0.5mm HDG Z120 is being offered at USD 570 per tonne to USD 590 per tonne FOB.

Exporters have been active in quoting, however there is few contract. Most shipments are believed to go to South America and the EU.
